Flu Shots Urged
As the flu season makes its appearance in households across the nation, Wyoming Department of Health officials are again stressing the importance of flu vaccinations. They have cited immunization as the single most effective thing most people can do to aide in the prevention of influenza. Flu shots are currently being administered at local grocery stores, doctor’s offices and the Teton County Health Department and cost between $20 and $30 dollars. According to Wyoming Department of Health officials, the cost of the vaccine is covered for some children through the Wyoming Vaccinates Important People program.
