Optimism Voiced For Winter Tourism
The Christmas Holiday tourism period is only days away. With feature articles in major national publications that have highlighted Jackson Hole as well as direct air service from a variety of major cities, Wyoming Office of Tourism Director Diane Shober says she is optimistic for the weeks ahead. Shober says one thing Jackson Hole has going for it, even when snow conditions are not prime for skiing, is the great variety of activities visitors can enjoy. Shober points to the partnership between the business community and the state as, in her words, “can really move the meter.” That, she says, is the combination that can lead to positive outcomes for the holiday season in Jackson Hole.
