Snow Needed!

What the valley needs now is a serious snow accumulation.  According to the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Snake River Basin contains only 78 % of the average snow accumulation, the Upper Yellowstone Basin has 90% and the Wind River Basin is reporting 89%.  However, the NRCS quickly points out that the water content is even lower – as low as 60% of normal in the Snake River basin.
