Sylvan Pass in Yellowstone National Park has again been temporarily closed to over-snow travel for avalanche hazard mitigation .  Yellowstone Spokesman Dan Hottle says snow conditions there raised the avalanche danger to level considered a threat to travelers on the pass, and avalanche control measuresare again considered necessary.  Hottle says Sylvan Pass will be reopened after Park officials determine that conditions are again safe for over-snow travel along the road.  Hottle points out that continued snowfall in the park this week may require restrictions on the pass again or may involve additional roads in the park.
