Commuters from outside the valley on the START Bus will need to check a schedule change beginning Monday.  Both morning runs on the Teton Valley Commuter route will leave Driggs ten minutes later, departing Driggs at 6:35 am and 7:15 am.  All three runs on the Star Valley route will leave Etna later as well with the first bus will leaving five minutes later, the second ten minutes later and the third five minutes later. Those buses will depart Etna at 5:35 am, 6:35 am and 6:55 am.  START bus officials point out that the afternoon runs for both routes will remain unchanged.
