Jackson Drug Dealer Sentenced
A Jackson man faces a prison term in connection with a drug-dealing charge. 22-year-old Jorge Jose Diaz-Botello of Jackson has been sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal for distribution of at least 20 grams but less than 35 grams of methamphetamine. Diaz-Botello was arrested in Jackson and was sentenced last week. Diaz-Botello received 92 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $400.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
