A development plan approved last week for the Lake Village, Fishing Bridge and Bridge Bay areas of Yellowstone National Park will mean fewer sites at the Fishing Bridge RV Park and the replacement of water lines in the Lake area.  Those water lines are over 70 years old and are considered near the end of their service life.  Additionally, says Park Spokesman Al Nash, seismic stabilization is planned for the Lake Hotel as well as the adaptive use of some historic structures as funding becomes available.  The plan is the result of an Environmental Assessment that analyzed three alternatives which was released for public review and comment in February.
