Hospital CEO Agrees To Contract
The St. John’s board of trustees has approved the terms, conditions and compensation contained in a contract for the employment of Dr. Luis Hochheiser as the hospital’s new Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Hochheiser has accepted the contract. Key contract provisions include a two-year term, which can be extended by mutual agreement of the board and Dr. Hochheiser, a base salary of $325,000 per year and incentive compensation at the board’s discretion for meeting agreed upon goals. Dr. Hochheiser will officially join St. John’s on June 18th. He says hopes to take St. John’s Medical Center to the next level in making it the focus of health and wellness in the community. The selection of Dr. Hochheiser for the post was made after a five month national search and the review of 130 candidates for the post. Dr. Hochheiser is already a resident of Jackson Hole.
