The Wyoming Division of Tourism awarded Interactive Training Simulations, LLC of Jackson with its Industry Partner of the Year for the Annual Wyoming REACH Awards – REACH stands for “Rare and Exceptional Achievements for Customer service and Hospitality.  Recognizing individual and business contributions to the travel and tourism industry, this prestigious award was given to I-T-S for the company’s role in enhancing customer service for Wyoming’s front-line hospitality professionals.  In addition to local and regional clients, including Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, The Wort Hotel, High Country Linen & Blue Spruce Cleaners, Jedediah’s at the Airport, Painted Buffalo Inn and the Teton Club, ITS has worked in hospitality markets all over the country. They also provide healthcare, Airport, Retail and Financial Services training.
