Jackson Hole Observes Memorial Day

May 28, 2012 Jackson Hole, Teton County, Town of Jackson No Comments
Memorial Day

Members of Jackson Hole’s American Legion Post 43 were joined by a handful of residents on the town square Monday morning to remember those from the community who gave their lives in defense of our American ideals.  The ceremony followed similar observances at the Teton County Fairgrounds by participants in the Mountain Man Rendezvous.  Meanwhile, in observance of the national holiday, government offices and banks are closed and START Buse is running only one bus each to and from Teton Valley and Star Valley.  The return trip to Star Valley leaves Jackson at 4:50 pm and the return to Teton Valley leaves at 5:10 pm.
