Jackson Hole’s Latino Resource Center has appointed Sonia Capece as its new executive director after Estela Torres announced her resignation recently.  Torres announced plans to return to the Chicago area to spend time with her family there.  Capece  has been a resident of Jackson for over 12 years and has been with the Resource Center since 2009.  Capece is working with Torres during the remainder of this month during a transition period.
