Paving To Begin On Old Pass Road

Old Pass Road

The paving and patching of the Old Pass Road is set to begin next week. The Old Pass Road will be closed for the project beginning next Tuesday.  Evans Construction has notified the project team that if they will increase their asphalt quantities by 6,000 square feet, Evans will lower the unit price by 15 cents per square foot for the entire project. This would result in a savings of approximately $5,000.00. However, Team Jackson Hole needs to raise additional funds in order to be able to afford the upgrade and savings. The amount they need to raise by the end of this week, coincidentally, is $5,000.  Donations are being channeled through Friends of Pathway’s “Old Pass Road Project.”  The Old Pass Road becomes 100 years old next year.
