New County Helath Officer Sought

The Board of County Commissioners is seeking applications for the position of Teton County Health Officer.  Candidates must be a physician who has graduated froman accredited school of medicine and completed an approved residency program. Board Certification or board eligibility is preferred as is a strong interest or experience in public health. The County Health Officer must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Wyoming and must reside in Teton County. The County Health Officer reports to the State Health Officer. Teton County’s current County Health Officer, Dr. Jim Little, is leaving Teton County for a year to teach at a medical school in a third world country.
