Evans Construction of Jackson has submitted the low bid of $2.2-million for pavement overlays on sections of US Highways 26-89-191 totaling 3.6 miles in Teton County. That work is scheduled to be done by Sept. 1, 2013. The award comes in the latest round of contract awards by the Wyoming Transportation Commission totaling nearly $17.8 million for 11 highway projects around the state which took place during Commission’s July teleconference meeting earlier this week.
