Victor Relaxes Restrictions

by Jackson Hole Radio News

The Victor City Council has become the latest to unanimously repeal two COVID-19 emergency ordinances relating to travel and tourism in that town. The decision came during a special City Council meeting Monday. The two ordinances are one that required a 14-day self-quarantine for those coming from outside of the region for non-essential reasons and another that placed limitations on non-essential hotel and short-term rental stays. The decision to lift the restrictions aligns with the State of Idaho’s “Rebounds Plan.”  As in Jackson, Victor’s community leaders ask citizens continue to practice thorough and frequent hand washing, stay home when sick, wear face masks in public, continue physical distancing.
