The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole has announced that the annual Old Bill’s Fun Run, will take place again this summer, marking its 25th anniversary. In 2020, Old Bill’s raised $15,314,287 from 4,349 donors in spite of the unusual circumstances under which it took place.
Since its inception, Old Bill’s has generated an astounding $189-million dollars for local nonprofits. These funds are use to help feed the hungry, support the sick and elderly, teach kids to read, protect wildlife, build affordable housing, and enrich residents’ lives through the arts.
Of the 2021 event, Community Foundation President Laurie Andrews says “We’re delighted to gather in person on Run Day this year to celebrate both our remarkable nonprofits and 25 years of one of the nation’s most innovative philanthropic initiatives.”
