Jackson Mission still looking for support

Another season is over for the familiar Salvation Army Christmas Kettle campaign in Jackson. This year, Chuck Fidroeff, Executive Director of the Good Samaritan Mission which facilitates the program says the campaign raised over $9,000 – almost double the amount seen the year before when $4,865 had been deposited in the local red kettles. Still, the amount does not fully cover local needs.

Fidroeff says the local budget is over $12,000, with the monies going to provide local tooth extractions, prescriptions and bus tickets for people stranded in Teton County. People can still donate; to the Salvation Army local mailing address: PO Box 257, Jackson Wyoming 83001.
