Wyoming homeowners can apply for COVID relief

The Wyoming Homeowner Assistance Fund Program officially opens for applications on May 2nd to help eligible homeowners in the state who have fallen behind on mortgage payments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The program will prioritize mortgage delinquency or other past due expenses. Other eligible expenses will include past due payments of utilities, property taxes, homeowner’s’ insurance, and homeowners association dues.



The maximum amount allowed per household is $17,000, which will be paid to the vendor on behalf of the homeowner. Interested persons can learn more at dfs.wyo.gov/haf.
