Warning Includes Western Wyoming and Eastern Idaho
A severe blizzard warning has been issued for Jackson Hole, effective from 5 PM today until 8 PM MST Friday. Authorities expect blizzard conditions, with snow accumulations ranging from 4 to 6 inches and wind gusts reaching up to 45 mph. The hazardous weather conditions are likely to make travel extremely difficult, if not impossible.
Visibility will be severely reduced due to blowing snow. Additionally, the wind chill factor is expected to fall to 15 degrees below zero, posing a risk of frostbite within 30 minutes of exposure.
