The Teton County Trash Transfer Station will be closed on Monday, October 14th, due to Columbus Day. While Teton County does not observe Columbus Day, the closure is necessary because the Bonneville County landfill in Idaho, which the station relies on, will be closed. As a result, the Teton County facility cannot accept materials for transfer on that day.
Regular operations at the Trash Transfer Station will resume on Tuesday, October 15th, at 7:00 am.
The Teton County Recycling Center will remain open on October 14th, following its usual hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For additional information, residents can contact Teton County Integrated Solid Waste & Recycling at 307-733-7678 or visit their website at tetoncountywy.gov/recycle.
