The individual, described as male, 5’5” tall, weighing approximately 130 lbs., and with black hair, was arrested following the receipt of information that led to his positive identification.
Over the past week, there have been four reported instances where this individual exposed himself to various female members of the community. His actions prompted an investigation by the Jackson Police Department, focusing on charges of stalking and indecent exposure.
