Mead, pursuant to President Donald Trump’s Proclamation Saturday, has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff statewide until sunset on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in honor of the shooting victims of the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
