May 17, 2023 by Scott Anderson

Mark Gordon

Governor Mark Gordon is thrilled to announce the debut of his inaugural podcast, “The Morning Gather.” In the first episode, Governor Gordon takes on the role of host, joined by Brian Nesvik, the director of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, and Joshua Coursey, the founder of Muley Fanatic Foundation. The trio engages in an insightful discussion about the impact of winter weather on wildlife, focusing on various species and the ongoing efforts to safeguard stressed wildlife in Wyoming. They delve into a wide range of conservation initiatives underway in the state, encompassing wildlife crossings, habitat treatments, stopover landscapes, invasive weeds, conservation easements, and habitat leasing.

As an advocate for transparency and open communication, Governor Gordon prioritizes connecting directly with his constituents. “The Morning Gather” serves as a fresh platform for him to engage in meaningful conversations about Wyoming’s future. Each episode brings together Wyoming leaders, experts, and ordinary citizens to explore the most pressing issues and topics that shape our communities. From education and energy to healthcare and the economy, the podcast tackles the challenges and opportunities confronting our state.

Episode One is already available on the Governor’s website, and it will soon be streaming on Spotify. Join Governor Gordon in this enlightening series as he convenes with influential voices to shed light on Wyoming’s path forward.
