The Board of County Commissioners will soon finally have a chance to vote on approval of a new Subdivision for housing in the county.
The application for a subdivision in Northern South Park moved forward with a unanimous vote of the Teton County Planning commission last week.
The land for the residential development is 25 acres zoned Suburban in northern South Park. The Development Plan is for 79 lots with a minimum lot size of 12,000 square feet.
The subdivision has been awaiting formal approval since March of 2021.
The 79 lots would permit detached townhomes, single-family units, and allowed accessory uses such as home occupation, home business, or family home daycare.
Temporary uses may also be permitted, which include Real Estate Sales Office, Temporary Shelter, and Temporary Gravel Extraction and Processing. All proposed uses will be required to obtain applicable permits prior to initiating any uses.
