Teton County wants to hire a Portland, Oregon marketing firm to help recruit employees.
The county’s General Services Department requested proposals for the contract to assist county departments in designing ads for vacant positions.
Officials say the services of sparks and sullivan are needed because existing staff does not have time to design help wanted ads.
Initially, the firm will design a one-page benefits flyer that can be used on the county’s webpage virtual marketing that will be used on social media for job advertisements.
The initial cost of those first projects is 8000.00
