If you were wondering what was shaking in Kelly this weekend, it was the ground. A small earthquake rumbled East of Kelly in the Crystal Creek drainage at 622pm on Saturday. It measured 3.5 on the Richter Scale.
Another tremor was detected Monday morning south of Ten Sleep, Wyoming
