Overview of the Stilson Transit Center Project
Teton County has begun construction on the Stilson Transit Center, a regional mobility hub at the northwest corner of Highway 22 and Highway 390. This project aims to improve Southern Teton Area Rapid Transit Bus service, reduce traffic on the West Bank, and support sustainable transportation for residents and visitors. The center will feature a 2,900-square-foot transit building, a 400-space park-and-ride lot, electric vehicle charging stations, covered bicycle parking, and a transit priority signal at Highway 390.
Wilson Boat Ramp Parking Access During Construction
For those using the Stilson lot as overflow parking for the Wilson boat ramp, Teton County ensures parking remains available throughout construction. Designated parking areas, marked with clear signage, will shift as the project progresses through various phases. Visitors are encouraged to follow signs to locate open spaces. “We are committed to minimizing disruptions for boat ramp users,” said a Teton County representative.
