A second woman in one week has been found deceased in her home in Sublette County. At approximately 12:50 pm Saturday, Sublette County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of an unresponsive female in her home in Big Piney. Upon arrival on scene, Deputies found she was cold to the touch and appeared to be deceased. When first responders arrived, they confirmed the deputies’ assessment. The woman was later identified as 46-year-old Yvonne Nicole (Nikkie) Woods of Big Piney. The cause of death is currently under investigation by the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office and the Sublette County Coroner’s Office, but foul play is not suspected at this time. On February 14th, 69-year-old Lonna Lundquist-Smith was found dead in her home in Pinedale.
