Ice Park Opens In Jackson

Urban ice climbing became a reality at the Teton Ice Park over the weekend. The Teton Ice Park is now open Tuesdays from10:00 am until 1:00 pm except Christmas Day, Friday’s from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.  Private instruction and group classes will be available every day except Christmas. Day passes for experienced climbers are $20, or a 10-pass punch card may be purchased for $160. Limited gear is available for rent.  Climbers will be asked to do a brief orientation and pass a belay test.
