This Thursday, the Jackson Planning Commission will hear a proposal for a 29-unit condominium project on North Glenwood Street.
The building is slated for a long vacant parcel and would include a mixture of short-term rental, free-market units, and work force ownership units.
The planning staff has noted that the proposal generally complies with the comprehensive plan and have recommended approval of the project, some neighbors have expressed concerns over parking and access.
The hearing will take place Thursday at 530 at the Town Hall.
