St. John’s Auxiliary’s 61st Annual Spring Fling Gala has been canceled. The Auxiliary had hoped to postpone the event until October, but Jackson Lake Lodge has announced that they will not be open this season.
The Auxiliary is working towards their $250,000 pledge to St. John’s to purchase a new nuclear medicine/CT scanner – integrated technology of both nuclear medicine and CT imaging performed on one system. This scanner will be used to image the heart and look for cancer in various organs, and also provide needed additional CT capacity for the brachytherapy at St. John’s Health. In addition, it can be used for orthopedic, soft tissue, and spine scans.
