Members of the public are invited to celebrate the groundbreaking for the next deed restricted housing development in Jackson on tomorrow at 11:00 am. Once built, Westview Townhomes will provide 16 units that will be deed restricted as Workforce Ownership and four units that will be market ownership.
The groundbreaking ceremony will start at 11:00 AM at the future site of the townhomes on Highway 22 where Choice Meats was formerly located. “This project is part of the 243 deed restricted units in the new unit pipeline, and Jackson/Teton County Housing Department Director April Norton says the community is excited to see development begin.
The developer, Hunter McCardle with Red Roots Communities, estimates that units will be ready for occupants in September 2020.
