The Jackson Town Council will vote on a new three-story apartment building on Karns Avenue tonight.
The proposed building with 15 apartments would be located at the corner of South King and East Karns.
The development will include 20 parking space in accordance with the Town of Jackson regulations though some have argued that the number of spaces may not be adequate. The planning Commission previously recommended approval of the project on a 4-1 vote with the dissent being a concern over parking.
Of the fifteen units, three of them will be restricted workforce housing.
