Astoria Park Conservancy is welcoming visitors back to the hot springs beginning Friday. After taking some time to allow local COVID cases to decrease and to refine the facility’s safety protocols and processes, they have returned to live reservations for visiting the hot springs.
Astoria Park Conservancy has worked closely with the local health department, the board of directors, and staff to refine protocols in an effort to mitigate risk of spread at the facility.
Those measures include capping the capacity at 50 visitors and strict capacity limits are in place for individual pools. Social distancing outside of individual family groups is required. Furthermore, visitors will complete a symptom check before entering the facility and will not be permitted to enter if they have been exposed to someone with COVID or have exhibited symptoms of COVID within 14 days.
Masks are required to be worn in all areas outside of pools. Private events such as birthday parties will still not be permitted at this time.
