Commissioners last week signed off on some employee housing to be located at Astoria Park Conservancy.
The board agreed with the recommendation of the Teton County Planning Commission. In November, they gave the nod a two units with four bedrooms for workers at the hot springs.
Paige Byron Curry, the executive director of Astoria Park Conservancy said that the organization had already met its housing need using a joint project with the Snake River Sporting Club. She said when they finish the units, they would transfer the deed restriction and focus on their own employees.
The Conservancy also requested a fee-waiver for the Development Plan fee of 2500.00. That waiver was unanimously approved.
