Wyoming’s two US Senators paid a visit to the Wyoming Legislature last week. During her visit, Senator Cynthia Lummis said says she misses her time in the Wyoming Legislature. She told the state legislators their work on digital assets is being used as a model in Congress. Senator John Barrasso added he sees the Wyoming Legislature as an example of how Lawmakers should do business.
“I love the Wyoming Legislature, love my five years in the State Senate. It’s a big family – and you saw it at Leland Christensen’s funeral last week; so many people both sides of the aisle there to honor his life. I love coming back, I’ve come back every year since I’ve been in the US Senate.”
Barrasso talked about the need to increase Wyoming energy and referenced how the Biden administration killed the XL pipeline.
