Fox news has reported that a body has been recovered in the area that has been the focus of a search by law enforcement in the disappearance of Gabby Petito.
The FBI indicated it would conduct a briefing this afternoon.
The Spread Creek dispersed camping area has been the subject of an investigation throughout the weekend with the FBI, the National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, the Teton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Jackson Police Department conducting ground surveys in the Bridger-Teton National Forest on the east boundary of Grand Teton National Park.
