A single vehicle accident Tuesday evening involving a rented motor home traveling the South Entrance Road near Lewis Falls resulted in the death of a 13-year-old boy. There were three on board at the time of the accident – a father and his twin 13-year-old boys. Details of the accident were not immediately available. Nathaniel Robert Ullom of Elizabeth, Colorado, was declared deceased on scene and his twin brother Phillip Ullom III was air-lifted to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
