The Jackson Broncs stormed out to a 28-0 lead against the Teton Timberwolves last Friday. But just as they did last season when these two teams met in their openers, Teton would not go away quietly. It was all Broncs in the first half as quarterback Sadler Smith found tight end Colter Dawson not once but three times for touchdown pass completions. When the two teams came out of the dressing room for the second half, it was as if they changed jerseys. Turnovers and mistakes plagued the Broncs in the third quarter as the Wolves struck twice for touchdowns to pull within two scores. Jackson settled down in the 4th and closed out the contest with a 34-12 final score and possession of the Battle of the Tetons trophy for the second straight year.
