If you like offense…And who doesn’t? There was a lot to cheer about at what could be the last game played at William McIntosh Stadium this 2020 season. The Broncs welcomed back Nate Keipert to the lineup and got their flash-and-dash running back on track as they cruised to a 61-38 victory over the visiting Riverton Wolverines. Brody Hasenack racked up three football fields worth of rushing yardage as he found the endzone 5 times Friday. QB Sadler Smith ran in a couple as well and everything clicked for the Broncs offensively. The defense continued to yield big passing plays, however, but a pesky Wolverine team was finally left in the dust in the 3rd quarter. Jackson earns itself a road trip to Douglas for a Friday noon matchup with the Bearcats in the 3A Conference semifinals.
