A 30-year-old woman has become the first visitor to Yellowstone National Park this year to be hurt in a bison attack. She was hiking Storm Point Trail at the northern end of Yellowstone Lake Sunday afternoon when the incident occurred. Park officials did not say immediately how the incident occurred. However, the unidentified woman’s injuries were termed significant. She was flown to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center for treatment.
