The Town of Jackson Engineering Department has announced that the public right-of-way at 30 Center Street,between Broadway and Deloney, will be closed Friday while heavy equipment is operating there. The building owner requires a crane and hauling vehicles to replace rooftop appliances. Consequently, the block of Center Street between Broadway and Deloney will be closed, as well as the sidewalk on the west side of the street. The public is urged to be aware of, and obey all construction notification, detour and parking restriction signage as it is there in the interest of safety and the safety of the construction workers.
