Once again this year, the Town of Jackson, Teton County Solid Waste and Recycling and Terra Firma Organics are teaming up to offer free Christmas tree recycling to the community. Christmas Trees may be delivered to the Rodeo Grounds parking lot for free disposal through January 31st. The Town reminds residents that there will not be curbside pickup of trees. Trees must be delivered to the Rodeo Grounds. Residents and visitors may drop trees off at the Rodeo Grounds parking lot, next to the big blue recycling containers, through the month of January only. Trees may also be delivered to the Teton County Trash Transfer Station free of charge through January. However, beginning in February, the $70/ton disposal fee for yard waste will apply. Prior to dropping off your tree, please remember to remove all tinsel, lights, ornaments and other decorations.
