
Zach Padilla, a candidate for the Jackson Town Council, was arrested and held in the Teton County jail last night.
Padilla, 32, was charge with possession of marijuana in a liquid form.
Padilla has touted support for small business, and learning from other communities to help solve housing and transportation issues.
