Due to the President’s Day holiday, Jackson Town Council’s workshop and regular meeting, that usually takes place on Monday, will take place Tuesday instead. While Town Council Workshops generally start at 3:00pm, this meeting will start at 2:00pm due to the number of items on the agenda. Workshops are designed for review of identified topics or requests, draft ordinances, or other items staff seeks feedback on prior to placing it on a regular meeting agenda. Workshops are usually reserved for preliminary discussions, input, and perspective, and not typically for making final decisions. Community members can attend Council’s Workshop via Zoom, and can make Public Comment by using the “Raise Hand” feature to be called upon.
