After continued snowstorms in the valley, Town snow plow drivers have faced quite a challenge this winter.
Town officials are reminding residents to keep trashcans off streets and sidewalks until 7:00am or close to the time your trash hauler operates.
Make sure you shovel your driveway and sidewalk –residents and businesses are responsible for clearing their property and adjacent sidewalk.
Keep fire hydrants clear by shoveling and keep it clear for potential emergencies.
Give active plows plenty of space. Remember, don’t park on Town streets from 2:00am – 7:00am.
Town Of Jackson Streets Manager Sam Jewison says the that the plow team is working around the clock.
