Commuters wanting to avoid traffic in town by taking Spring Gulch Road may start seeing some delays toward the end of August. County Spokesperson Kristen Waters explains Lower Valley Energy will be begin placing an underground natural a gas line along Spring Gulch Road with digging to begin on Monday, August 19th and conclude in November. Drivers heading to the airport for a flight should allow for extra time, with maximum delays of 15 minutes possible.
