The Teton County/Jackson Parks & Recreation Department will be taking down the temporary dog park on Friday, April 12th. In an effort to prepare for summer use of the parking area, the snow will need to be spread out in order to allow it to melt. For this reason, the temporary dog park will be closed. The last day for public use of the park will be Thursday, April 11th. As yet, no permanent dog park has been established although discussions continue for the construction of one – possibly in the new Wayne May park in east Jackson.
