Three men were injured Monday when the food trailer they were operating at the Lincoln County Fair in Afton exploded and burned. According to Afton Police Chief Jason Romberg, two of the people had to be life-flighted to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center with severe burns, while the third was treated and released at the local hospital. The trailer, belonging to Cowboy Cookin’ was severely damaged. Chief Romberg says the operators of the food trailer were trying to light a pilot light at about 8:30 am when an apparent build-up of propane in the trailer ignited.
