The final report for the START Bus Airport Shuttle Pilot Program, which ran during the Winter 2023/2024 season, is now available for public review. The Airport Shuttle Pilot Program was a collaboration between START, the Jackson Hole Airport, Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board, the Town of Jackson, and Teton County. It provided bus service between downtown Jackson and the airport from December 16, 2023, to April 14, 2024.
The report outlines the progress made toward performance targets set for the pilot and includes results from surveys of both riders and non-riders. This feedback is crucial for assessing the program’s effectiveness and future viability.
